The Opportunity:
We're looking for a highly user-centric Senior product designer well-versed with all aspects of the product development process to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering highly intuitive design solutions by utilizing various problem-solving techniques from wireframing to visual design and solve user problems in unexpected ways.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Design ClayStack products (systematically, interactively, and visually) for blockchain users across mobile and web.
- Work with product, marketing, and development teams to define the scope, understand the problem statements, and develop innovative execution ideas.
- You will leverage data to understand user behavior and device meaningful and user-centric design solutions.
- Closely work and mentor fellow brand designers, illustrators, and product designers by giving constructive feedback.
- Constantly deliver highly intuitive designs in a fast-paced startup environment.

- You have shipped products and understand all the nuances needed to build one from scratch.
- You have a world-class portfolio and 4+ years of product design experience working on consumer products.
- You have experience working on brand design systems and visual design systems.
- You have mentored and led design teams in a high-growth startup environment.
- Well-versed with design thinking and product design concepts from user journey maps to site flows to prototypes and wireframes to flesh out designs and refine interactions.
- Experience in churning out highly detailed design specifications for documentation and development teams.
- Curiosity to experiment with concepts and challenge the status quo.
